This cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the quiet Crenshaw Beach subdivision, You'll love the partial views of the beach from the spacious deck with plenty of outdoor furniture, including an upstairs picnic table for outdoor lunches.
Inside you'll enjoy the bright, open living area with 3 sofas and a fireplace with gas logs for winter nights. The dining table seats 6, and the well-equipped kitchen has more seating at the large granite island. This house has a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker, so you can brew a regular 10 cup pot, or brew a single cup with a K-Cup pod. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
With 1600 square feet, Sand Dollar comfortably sleeps 10. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while bedroom two has 2 queen beds, and bedroom three features a full over full bunk bed.
Under the house you'll find lots of shade, two more picnic tables for dining, and a charcoal grill for cooking your favorite beach meals. Or just relax on the two bench swings. Enjoy those cool nights sitting out by the fire pit making s'mores and reminiscing with family and friends.
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Sand dollar was fabulous
Absolutely loved this beautiful house and it’s location! Loved the oven and fridge but the beds were so comfy and the temperature was perfect! It was cozy and inviting and very relaxing! We had the best time loved the downstairs area and the outside speakers our only complaint was the weekend was not long enough and it’s time for a new pit lol but we managed.

Sand Dollar Vacation
The check in and out was very quick. The ladies at Swedes was very professional and caring. The beach house was super. Clean and AC worked great!! We have rented two times prior. Great view of beach, however they are now building new home in front, so not much beach view. We would rent again. Enough room for all of family.

Had a great time. House was clean, kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable. The house is located on the quieter end of Bolivar, and the beach was beautiful the weekend we went. We had a great time. Swede's does a great job managing their properties.

Summer Vacation
Our stay at the beach was amazing! When I was growing up my great aunt and uncle had a cabin on the other end of Atkinson. I spent many summers there. Those are some of my fondest childhood memories. Being there was like stepping back in time. The cabin was perfect!

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Vacation Home
First Impression was absolutely spectacular. There was nothing wrong with the home & its coziness. We did notice that the home was not very clean when we arrived. There was dust and sand on the floor, we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had fuzzy mold balls on the dishes themselves.(I had to run the dishwasher twice before the smell of the dishwasher became normal) We had a great time at this home and I did some cleaning within the first hour of us arriving. This does not affect our plans to re-visit this home, I never let sand and stinky dishes affect my family's good time. :)
However, when we departed the home on Monday, I did leave the house alot cleaner than we found it. Don't get me wrong the home was not disgusting by NO MEANS!! I just wanted to let you know that a little pep talk with housekeeping may be in order. Swede's team of realtors and service people in the office was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful. I will not use any other realtor in the area, and that is the most important part of the vacation. TTY very soon.

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving Weekend Get Away
Lovely home, beautiful view. Nice deck and sitting spaces. Could use some more kitchen utensils/appliances for cooking. And several overhead lights out. Fireplace not working and king bed extremely squeaky. Very small 3rd bedroom, but may be ok for kids. Otherwise, nice place.

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable layout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, casseroles, cookie sheets, knives, blender and coffee maker with K-Cup. Large refrigerator and pantry. All new appliances. Porch has a good view of the ocean with Adirondack chairs. We would rent again and recommend to our friends.

Beautifully decorated cabin. Very comfortable space for our family getaway. Beds were comfortable in all bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils (including knives), large refrigerator and pantry., blender, coffee maker with K-cup, Dining table for 8 and fantastic place for games. Den setup was perfect and couches very comfortable for movie night. Outside porch was fantastic with the picnic table, cushioned Adirondack chairs./table, and view of the ocean. This cabin is on our list for further beach vacations. Loved it!
