You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the modern kitchen. There is a kitchen table as well as bar seating that equals places for 9 people. There is a separate cabinet with a beverage fridge, cabinets and storage galore. (regular drip coffee pot)
This house features 4, 4K TVs as follows: a 70 inch in living area; a 55 inch in master bedroom and flat screen TVs in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Satellite package features premium channels including all movie channels. This home has WIFI for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
Master suite has king bed and large bath, with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of built in bunks-- queen-over-queen. Living area has 2 sofas and extra seating for comfort.
Step outside and enjoy all the wooden deck furniture, including both two and four person gliders. What a place to enjoy time with family and friends!!
After a day at the beach, relax downstairs, in the breeze, with a 14 foot picnic table, porch swings, tiki bar area, sand shower, charcoal BBQ pit and lock-up storage. Concrete parking on Seaspray Lane side that is 80' in length, so there is plenty of parking. Don't miss out on this fabulous house for your summer vacation!

Beautiful beach home!
Renting from Swedes was easy and they promptly answered all questions. Very quick response with concerns I had. Kool breeze escape will be on our list of homes for our next stay.

Kook Breeze Escape - FANTASTIC
Our rental was absolutely perfect for our recent stay. We had a bird's eye view of the beach from our second row cabin. We were close enough to have easy access and great view but far enough to miss out on all the noise. Very relaxing. The outside area was the best one we have ever had!! Plenty of room for anything we wanted to do. We had a Pickle Ball net set up with plenty of court space. We set up a small pool for the little ones on a rainy day. We had a grill with plenty of seating space for our cookout. The cabin was fully stocked and was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Definitely recommend and definitely want to rent it again. We were a family of 9 for the stay in our cabin, but had two more houses for the rest of our party. We served all the family style meals at our cabin because there was plenty of room to serve all if us!! We were the middle point between A-Bear and The Good Stuff.

Great Cabin!
We loved this cabin! It was super nice and updated inside. There was plenty of space for all six of us, including three teenagers and a toddler. The only negative thing I could say was that there were no bath towels on the property. I didn't see that anywhere in the description for the rental. I would've gladly brought our own, if I had known ahead of time. We had to use the beach towels and wash laundry every day. Which was no big deal, I just would've liked to know. We will definitely rent this cabin again!!

Awesome time at Kool Breeze Escape
Absolutely wonderful beach house. Everything we needed was provided. The decor is beautiful, Swede’s was great to work with & access to the beach is practically right out the front door. Our dog loved having the doggie door & fenced yard. The house was spotless! (3rd time renting this house, so obviously we love it & working with Swede’s.)

The perfect beach house
This was our 2nd year to stay at Kool Breeze Escape & hopefully, we’ll be back next year. The house has unobstructed views of the Gulf & is a quick walk to the beach. The subdivision is quiet with minimal traffic. The pet door & fenced yard make it ideal for pets. The house was clean, with all the comforts of home - well equipped kitchen, tv’s, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer. The house is on a corner lot so there is plenty of parking on 2 sides. Swede’s Real Estate makes renting super easy. The house is only a short drive to The Big Store & restaurants. The location, being pet friendly & having a lift puts Kool Breeze Escape at the top of our list for best Crystal Beach rental.

The Best Getaway

Nice
We had a great time. The microwave came on but did not heat up. The floors were dirty. And the ice box was not clean. Yhe freezer didn't make ice because filter needed to be changed. My dogs and I loved the gate.
