When you're not at the beach (which is just a short walk from the house), there's still plenty to entertain the whole family. The outdoor area can't be beat - featuring a spacious yard with a volleyball area, tether ball, horseshoe area and a basketball goal! The downstairs patio also offers a 1/2 bathroom and outdoor bar with TV, a charming swing, as well as a Weber gas grill and large wood burning smoker. Upstairs, enjoy the beach views from the partially covered deck!
The well- equipped kitchen features bar seating for 5 and a dining table that seats 8 more. Comfortable living room furniture and a large TV are perfect for family movie night. High speed internet is available, as well.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features 1queen bed and a twin over twin bunk, while bedroom 3 has 2 queen over queen bunk beds. Enjoy the large soaking tub in the lovely main bath!

Absolutely Awesome!!
The house is stunning. It is beautifully decorated and easy to feel at home in. The beach view is incredible and unobstructed with a two minute walk to beach access. All the homes in the area are well kept so it felt like we were staying in a really nice neighborhood. Me and my family will go back again and hope to do so year after year. Thanks for the great time!!!

Beautiful Bolivar Never Disappoints
Everything about the house we stayed in was amazing. The ground floor setup demonstrated excellent design and use of space. The deck space on the second floor was amazing. We could not be happier. It would be easier for renters if the lifts were available to load in luggage. We found a way to make it work.

Happy 4th of July vacay
Met up with family who own in this neighborhood. This house was great. Happy to see toddler friendly with gates and baby swing and high chair. We brought our own outdoor cooker; those provided have seen better days. We could never find balls or horseshoes for games. Had no WiFi. Property management called for service; apparently equipment issues. Would rent this house again and again! Love location.
