Centrally located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, this property is seconds away from the beach. There are amazing views from nearly all areas of the home, and two fully furnished, partially covered decks that are a beach lover's dream come true. The upper deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing and the mezzanine deck features a bar area!
The gorgeous modern kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay, and includes bar seating as well as a dining table that can seat 10. The spacious living area is great for relaxing, with comfortable furniture and large screen TV. Also on this main level are the primary bedroom (with one king bed) and en suite bath, as well as a queen over queen bunk room with guest bath.
Walk down the interior stairwell to the mezzanine level to find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature one queen bed each, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of double over double bunk beds.
The ground level patio area boasts a fish cleaning station, outdoor sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, and additional seating - perfect for family cookouts and games of washers!

Loved our stay at Topview
We loved the house and location on the beach was great! Generous amount of outdoor space, both shaded and with sun. Kitchen was well appointed and open to dining and living area. Master BR was nice and I think our family guests enjoyed their bedrooms and bath, each having access to an outdoor deck.
Cons: Would have been nice to use the lift to get our gear and supplies up to 3rd floor. There was a problem with the dishwasher that wasn’t resolved during our stay and required some hand washing etc. Linens and towels were provided but in a bag when we arrived. You’ll have to put on your sheets and make your bed - not a huge deal.
Overall, our stay was great and would recommend this property to others.

The house was perfect. Perfect location and view. Only thing I would change is the charge for sheets and towels and the beds being made instead of Lenins just in bags

Perfect Getaway!
This cabin is amazing! First off, the host was very organized and answered all of our questions. Second, everything was so clean and spacious! We had a large group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were able to play games and eat in the dining area without feeling crowded. Lastly, the views are spectacular! We could see the ocean right out of our windows all day! Highly recommend!

A beautiful water front property
It was beautiful. We rented over the Thanksgiving holiday and we experienced bad weather. The bad weather kept everyone inside together it brought about more conversations of family history, games and fun together.

Great weather and views in October!
The weather was absolutely beautiful this weekend! Couldn't asked for a better place to stay and enjoy the breeze and views from the top deck! We will definitely stay here again!

We will be back!
My family had an amazing week at this house. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of everything you could think of. There were an abundance of plates, cups, forks, etc. for large groups, so we never had to worry about running out of anything. The beds were all comfortable, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The multilevel deck and easy access to the beach was also a huge bonus. They have water faucets on every level and gates that lock on both decks, which is wonderful for keeping small children or pets from wandering. They have truly thought of every small detail. Great place, we would definitely rent this home again. It has all the comforts of home.

Amazing
Awesome view, extremely nice place. Beautiful inside and out. Lots of furniture inside and out. I absolutely love the mezzanine on the second floor and equipped with dog kennels.. Lots of room and comfortable beds. if your looking to relax, this is the place to do it.

Relaxing stay at Top View
Top view is the most well thought out beach home! The floor plan takes advantage of the amazing views of the Gulf. I could stand there and wash dishes all day looking out at the Gulf. The views are just breathtaking. The ice machine is such a nice touch. The furnished decks are a perfect place to watch for dolphins. Overall, I have never had a more relaxing experience.
Plenty of amenities to make our stay very relaxing. We can’t wait to stay at Top View again.

Wow!! Loved my stay here!!
This vacation home is the best I have ever stayed in. Spacious, beautiful design, and every comfort detail (and then some!) was offered. Gorgeous unobstructed view of the gulf. Tons of seating on two huge decks! I am recommending this place to everyone I know. I will definitely be back!!

Top View is Top Choice!!
The cabin is wonderful in every way! The layout was perfect for our families and there was more than enough space. The beachfront location was awesome! The inside of the cabin allowed ample room for the adults and children to move around without being on top of one another. Overall, this is exactly what I look for in a beach cabin each time we go. We’ll be back for sure!!
