Fully stocked kitchen ready for preparing your meals with both Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is also high speed internet. Downstairs you will find a gas grill, shower, swing, and furniture. This house allows two small pets max, with additional fee. No smoking

Overall a nice place
The house is nice. There were only a few complaints we had. Never had a vacation rental where you had to pay extra to have towels and sheets. When we got there the house wasn't clean. Hair in tub and showers. Dust on a lot of stuff, dead roach in carpet. Worst of all was in the outdoor bar area below, the grill was super rusted and had mold inside. The rust was so bad the maintenance guy came and said it was toast and had to pull it out of there saying we couldn't use it. There is griddle that had grease and mold all over it. Maintenance guy was great and cleaned, sanitized it, and re seasoned it. He did a great job. There was also just a mess of random kitchen stuff and sun tan lotion all in the bar area. Was all gross. Maintenance guy cleaned it all up nice and made it usable. Last complaint was the have a back door in the master bedroom that leads to a balcony..that we couldn't go out on cause the floor was so warped by the door. Besides the house not being clean, it was a fun place to stay. We were able to make the best of it.
