Beautiful views of the beach from almost every room in the house. This property features 2 master suites, one up and one downstairs, a 1/2 bath downstairs, a separate game room upstairs and two decks to enjoy the beach views. On the gated deck, enjoy outdoor dining and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Bedroom1 located downstairs features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a Q/Q bunk with twin trundle. Bedroom 4 also known as the game room features a queen sleeper sofa and a TV with Xbox. When it's time to unwind stream your favorite shows on the smart tv in the living room using the complimentary wifi. Spacious area under the house with a picnic table and plenty of parking. No RV's allowed on property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
It was a great weekend of comfort and relaxation. A last minute retreat for New Year’s weekend. Everything was well designed with great consideration.

Beautiful House
The house was beautiful, new, clean. The beds were comfy. All normal kitchenware was there. Bring your own tp and paper towels. The house has a beautiful view of the gulf but there are 2 empty lots in front of it and a large sand dune so you cannot see your family actually on the beach or communicate with them. There is an ordinance that you cannot walk on those sand dunes or you will be fined, so to get to the beach you walk about a block down the road and then just 100 feet or so. It isn't all that far unless you are dragging a lot of kids and stuff, haha. The good thing is that you can drive on the beach so we took 2 cars down there every day loaded with our canopies and ice chests etc, and drove back and forth to the house for the stuff we forgot or bathroom trips. Next trip I would rent a golf cart or two instead just because they would be easier to navigate on the sand. Me, myself and I were the only people in our group who kept getting our vehicle stuck in the sand, haha. Anyway that is the only thing I would want a renter to know and it in no way would keep us from renting this beautiful house again.

A plus location
Beautiful, peaceful home instills bliss upon entry. Tastefully decorated, comfortable with extra amenities such as cozy blankets and plentiful games for the family and kids. The owner is generous. Nice deck, great views, a short walk to the beach. Secluded in a gated cul de sac adding an extra measure of security. This is a beautiful home and you will be rested when you leave.
