This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach property is located in the town center of Crystal Beach, Texas. Chateau Des Fontenot is a 3rd row house with an amazing view of the beach. Outside on the furnished deck, you will fall in love with the area! Enjoy the sunrise while you drink your morning coffee (Keurig coffee maker provided), or relax in the evening with your favorite beverage. This house has easy beach access - on foot, golf cart, or by vehicle.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, with high speed internet for your convenience. Preparing and serving meals is easy in this well stocked kitchen, and there is plenty of room to enjoy them with the dining room table for 6 and additional bar seating.
With over 1200 square feet, Chateau des Fontenot easily sleeps 8. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has one queen. The third bedroom has one full size bed, and there is an air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations.
The downstairs area is the perfect spot to BBQ on the charcoal grill; family meals that can be served while sitting around the picnic table.
While visiting Chateau des Fontenot you are sure to make many lasting memories and plenty of relaxing moments. This house is perfect for your next family vacation!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Beautiful Stay
Had a great time! The house had a gorgeous view of the beach and was very close. It was very clean and spacious. The people at Swede’s were very nice and friendly. Looking forward to next year!

Great October Get Away
My siblings and spouses had plenty of room to cook and enjoy each other's company. We had a great view of the beach and the waves breaking. The waves were such a pleasant relaxing sound.

Gorgeous view of the ocean
The property was in a beautiful location. Great view of the ocean. We loved it. It was clean nothing to complain about there. The only complaint we really had were the beds are horrible. We put three blankets on one and I ordered a duvet from Amazon. We even bought additional blankets at the big store but our back hurt so bad when we left that I had to get medical help with it. The home is nice and the wire is awesome. Just need new mattress on the beds.

30th Anniversary
We invite our closest friends to celebrate with us. The house and location were perfect. The house had everything we needed, was beautiful, and comfortable. The large deck was our place for the weekend. We sat in the oversized chairs, put our feet up on the railings and just watched the waves roll in. This will be our go-to house moving forward.

Excellent View and Excellent Location
We chose this property primarily for location, beach access and floor plan. The deck proved to be the spot for hours of family kick back time. We enjoyed this well equipped and attractive home. One drawback for some could be the tub rather than shower in master bath. Swedes Rentals does an excellent job and this is a lovely property.

Great Views and lots of space!
We had a great vacation staying at this cabin! Although it’s two or three rows back, there is a direct open view of the beach which is really nice when we were sitting out on the front deck. Although the decor is a little dated, it’s in great shape, very clean and has plenty of space. There is a missing knob on the outside shower downstairs so it makes it difficult to turn the water on and off. It was awesome to have an early check-in and a late check out as well. We would definitely stay here again!
