Blue Beacon is the perfect rental for small families! Located in the desirable Emerald Beach 1 subdivision, you'll be close to restaurants and shopping, and just a short walk or ride to the beach.

You'll find cute coastal decor and comfy seating in the open great room area. The bright kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking necessities, as well as a regular drip coffee pot.

Blue Beacon features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a twin/twin bunk and additional twin bed. You'll also find two full bathrooms. For extra sleeping space, there is a daybed in living area. The home also offers high speed internet for your devices.

On the ground level you will find space to entertain - including a charcoal grill and picnic table, and a convenient outdoor shower.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
