This home sleeps 8 comfortably and is perfect for small families. Bedroom one has a king bed and a futon/sofabed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two features two twin-over-queen bunk beds.
Enjoy stargazing on the window seat in the kitchen and drinking coffee from a drip coffee pot. Large deck up top and a large area under the house with a picnic table and charcoal BBQ grill.

Great location and space!
We loved the layout of the space! The master was very large and had a Queen bed, and the other room had 2 bunks (queens on bottom, twins on top). The living/kitchen area was large with comfortable seating. We liked that it came with an amazon box, so we could watch tv in the evenings. Sitting up on the top deck in the evenings was fantastic.
The proximity to the beach was great, as well as The Big Store! The downstairs shower was great for washing sand off when we got back each day! We also loved that this was pet-friendly!
I would suggest renters also bring hand soaps, dish soaps (liquid and for the dishwasher), and sponges (in addition to paper goods, towels, and linens) since there was none provided.

The Regal Beagle
Love Crystal Beach been coming about 10 years! Try to stay in different house so we’re not doing same thing every time different house, different part of beach! But alway use Swedes Real Estate! But this time it was a few things wrong with house #1 only one tv working in house , glass screen door was broken so it wouldn’t close properly, downstairs shower broke and the information for the beds in house was not updated so we had no sheets to fix the beds ! But we still had a good time at Beach!!!

I love the experience
We recently stayed at Swede's Real Estate - vacation rental property in Crystal Beach, TX in July, 2023 for 5 nights. It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. With its convenient location and outstanding service, this vacation rental property has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. The only thing that we might suggest, it is to be sure to provide and have enough linens available for the beds. They charge a fee for them, but ran out at the moment we rented the property. However, management was informative and communicated the issue in advance by email and phone call, so we went to the house prepared. Love the place!
