You'll love the stunning views of the beach and bay from this lovely beachfront home. Bonita Vista features a huge mezzanine party deck to relax or entertain with a breeze and plenty of shade, in addition to an upper level wraparound deck. Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from this home located in a quieter part of the Bolivar Peninsula. You are just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, shell hunting, or fishing!
The great room offers comfortable furniture, separate dining table, and island seating. You will also love the well-stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you will need (including a regular drip coffee maker). There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience!
Bonita Vista offers three bedrooms plus a roomy loft, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms one and two have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom has two full size beds. The loft utilizes traditional stairs, and features 5 twin beds - it is a great separate space for the kids to sleep and hang out! All bedrooms and the loft have televisions with DirecTV.
With room for everyone inside and out, we know you will love your vacation at Bonita Vista!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with a fee. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Wonderful Stay!
The Bonita Vista is a beautiful home that appears to have been updated recently. It was very comfortable for the 7 people who stayed, and there was room for several more. The view is outstanding as it is directly on the beach with an access road right there.
Our only complaint about the stay dealt with the stairs; there are a lot of them and the last set from the deck to the house has really tall risers, making them hard to climb. There is a lift for items (it's not an elevator), but we didn't get the combination for it, so all items had to be carried up these stairs. When we left, we had a string tied to the upper rail that we used to lower our suitcases, etc. on the way down... that helped a lot. Regardless of the stairs, this is an excellent rental with a great view and access to the beach.

Bonita Vista
We visit the peninsula 3-5 times a year.. we have stayed in several beach houses on the beach and on the Bay.. the location and the views of Bonita Vista were magnificent!! Literally 10 feet from the beach!! The home does need some serious TLC.. a deep clean, there was a strong smell of mold in the master bedroom.. we could not use it.. but overall we were happy and would stay again.

Perfect location
The location was great and the overall experience was good. The cabin could have been cleaner. I would stay again, based on the views and proximity to beach.

Amazing View
What a super place to stay. It was easy to book. Staff was pleasant. Place was spacious enough for all of us. Kids has a terrifice time. The view was awesome. Will definately book again.

Great location!
We’ve rented several vacation homes on Bolivar. We decided to stay away from the heart of Crystal Beach and it was a great decision! The beach was never too crowded and the deck under Bonita Vista is amazing!!! The only complaint was that the home has carpet. Thank you Swede’s for a great vacation!

Awesome Weekend at Bonita Vista!
We had a great time at Bonita Vista. The views were fantastic, and being right on the beach was great. Bonita Vista was extremely comfortable and clean, The property description was accurate and the property management team was great, check in and out was easy and quick.

I absolutely loved staying at this beach house! When we arrived everything was wonderfully clean. There was so much room. I don’t believe we wanted for anything. There was a full kitchen. It included a washer and dryer. When staying on the beach and having children you definitely need to be able to wash clothes. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. This house is positioned directly on the beach. My only complaint was that someone came and parked directly in front of our beach house and put up a tent as well as their vehicle. And there was plenty of room on either side of the house that they could have parked. This is just basic etiquette that most people should know.
Other than that we had a wonderful time! Would recommend this to anyone! It sleeps a lot of people so you can actually go in with someone else and rent this house. A great big family getaway!
