This beautiful unique 4224 square foot home has 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 2 master suites, one with a giant soaking tub. Bedrooms as follows: first floor - Texas Master -- king bed, queen sofa; Seaside Memories -- king bed, queen sofa, living area with 2 Queen sofas; 2nd Floor - Pirates Cove - queen/twin bunk and twin with trundle; The Sanddollar - King bed; The Lighthouse - King bed; The Nautical - 6 twin bunks; The Palm Tree - King bed; Under the Sea - 4 twin bunks; 3rd Floor - Honeymoon suite - king bed, full sofa. The kitchen has double ovens, dual refrigerator/freezers and granite island. The open concept living and dining area provide for spacious gathering and entertaining. High speed internet is available. The Estate is convenient to coastal shopping and restaurants. Take the walking path to access the beach right off the back deck.

Great Place for the Family
The property was fabulous, very clean and lots of kitchen dishes and cookware. We had plenty of room and were right over the dunes from the water. Swedes property management folks were very quick to replace the grill when it was found it pretty bad shape. I recommend this for large families and large gatherings.

The perfect escape
I'll start by saying the house is the best house on the beach. I got so many compliments from my family members. It is very spacious there's plenty of space to spread around. The location is absolutely perfect. Most of my family were kids and teens and they spend most the day at the beach. The Dining room table was perfect to sit everyone. We liked that we were able to drive around on the beach. The drive to the house was really nice. The locals are also very nice. We made multiple trips to the big store. Overall we all had a really good time.

Will stay in this house again!
This house was perfect for my large family! Lots of bedrooms with just the right type of beds! Loved all the outside areas as well! Great access to the beach!

Wonderful Week on Bolivar Penonsula
We loved our family reunion at A Sea Glass Estate. It was our fifth year there, and we have already reserved it for next year. The home has been updated in several ways since last year. We appreciate that the owner updates to make our stay nicer.

Great for family reunion
This property is perfect for a large family gathering. It was clean and I was pleasantly surprised with the new carpet on the stairs. We had one inconvenience with the kitchen sink clogging which caused the vent area in the hallway to leak but maintenance arrived promptly and took care of the issue.The location is great and office staff was very helpful. We have all decided we will have our next family gathering there again next year. I recommend this property.

Easter Weekend 2023
This home was so spacious, just wonderful for our big family. We celebrate The Passover and Easter every year together at a beach house, and this one was the best, it was perfect. The home had everything. We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. Definitely do it again. To the homeowners thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

2nd time around
This was my second Labor Day/Birthday family getaway. The property is very spacious with amazing an amazing view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. I do recommend installing a ramp/elevator for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. I also recommend that the toilets be upgraded to higher, “adult sized” toilets.

Great location but missing so much.
The location could not have been better. The space was amazing. It for our large group perfect.
The house overall needs updating . It was cleanish but needs a deep clean. Nails sticking out on deck, several doors did not close properly. Outdoor shower was rigged up to turn on. All of these fixes would be very inexpensive considering it cost us over 6000 for 3 nights. The kitchen only had a couple of old small frying pans. There was no outdoor table and a small cheap grill.
This house could be amazing with up updating and small repairs.
Check out basically requires guest to clean entire house and it makes me wondering if a professional cleaning crew is even brought in.

Winter break family reunion
Excellent! The house was big and we were stepping over each other. Weather could have been better but we were able to walk on beach a couple of days. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
