The Bach House is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront house. Located on the quieter side of Bolivar Peninsula this completely remodeled home has all the features that will make you want to come back over and over again!!
Step onto the covered deck and enjoy panoramic views up and down the coast. There is no better place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage.
This modern kitchen has marble countertops and plenty of counter space to prepare all you family's favorite meals. This huge dining table and large island has plenty of seating. The stovetop is Viking induction type (appropriate pots and pans provided). Other appliances include Viking refrigerator, microwave, and quiet dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, mixer, blender and washer/dryer. All the bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs. For your convenience, WIFI is provided in this rental.
All the bedrooms have built-in bedside lamps and plenty of outlets by each bed for phone charging etc. 8 Queen beds feature high quality, memory foam mattresses. The master suite has a king bed, walk in shower and large soaking tub that provides a bay view from the tub and an ocean view from the bedroom.
Downstairs, there is a huge yard for the kids to play, set up a volleyball net and create lots of memories. The driveway offers plenty of parking,. The large covered area for BBQing on the charcoal grille is a great place to hang out with friends and family! Literally steps from the beach will make you want to never leave!
Small pets (35 pounds and under) are allowed with fee. Cargo lift available with fee.
Small weddings & events allowed with pre-approval.

Amazing house with a fantastic view of the beach!!!
We truly enjoyed hanging out in the covered deck all day. The beach view is awesome!! Love that the house is a few steps to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone! This house brought us wonderful memories with families!!

GREAT LOCATION AND HOUSE
NOISY NEIGHBORS (POSSIBLY THE OWNERS). THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICE WITH GREAT VIEWS FROM FRONT PORCH TO INDOOR VIEWS. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN WITH UPGRADED APPLIANCES. THE BEDS WERE EXTREMEMLY COMFORTABLE IN EACH ROOM.

This is the 3rd time of renting the Bach House. It has everything you need. Plenty of room. Great beach view also.
