This home sleeps nine comfortably with a King in the master with TV and ensuite bath, a King in the second bedroom, and two double over twin bunks in the third bedroom. The downstairs area features a bar, TV, heaters, fire pit with surrounding seating, gas barbecue grill, sand shower, fully fenced yard, and fish cleaning station. The upstairs covered deck has plenty of seating! There is a passenger lift for convenience of getting upstairs! Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, both a regular drip and Keurig coffee maker, high speed internet, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system.
Cargo lift is available for guest use. SMALL dogs are allowed at this property with additional fee. NO cats. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Beautiful home!
We just completed our stay at the Salty Pelican! This house has everything you need. It’s a great location to everything and has the best neighbors you can ask for. Out of all the houses we’ve ever stayed at, this is the most well equipped with top-notch furnishings.
