Centrally located in Crystal Beach this 3 bedroom 3 bath, sleeps 10 and has it all. It is the perfect location for easy access to all the local restaurants, shopping and fun activities in the area.
This two story house has a master suite with a queen bed, on the main level. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs, one bedroom has queen bed and the other bedroom has two sets of bunks, twin over queen. All bedrooms have their own private bath and satellite-connected, flat screen TVs. The family room has wooden floors, a large flat screen tv and high end furniture, making it a great place to relax. For your convenience, internet is provided. This kitchen is well furnished and has bar stools as well as a table seating for 4.
Walk outside on the back deck and soak in the views of the bay and ICW and beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage! There is an additionally deck on the front side of the house with seating. Downstairs there is a sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, as well as additional seating.
Cargo lift available with a fee. Your small dog is allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Loved this house.
This was our first time renting from Swedes, and let me tell you we will always rent from them anytime we need a beach house. They where amazing to go through and this house was so clean and perfect for our family and not to mention pretty close to the beach, the big store, the office to get your keys, and the golf cart rental place. It was maybe a mile of 2 from all of those things and a short golf cart ride to the beach.
