This spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision! Just seconds from the beach with beautiful beachfront views from both the main and upper decks. Coffee tastes so much better watching the gorgeous view of the sunrise from these decks! The main floor of the house features a spacious living room, a kitchen filled with modern appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the convenience of having both a Keurig and a drip coffee machine. On the main floor, there is also a bunk room with full over twin beds, a stackable Samsung washer/ dryer and a bathroom. The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows: The master bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with twin trundle with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed. Upstairs bedroom #3 has a full over full bunk bed. The house has TVs and wifi for your convenience! Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal BBQ grill. Relax around the downstairs bar area while visiting with family and friends. Other outdoor amenities include a sand shower, a fenced in area of the yard, and a large picnic table.

Really a dream come true
This beach house was a fantastic place to stay. We had great access to the beach; the house was beautiful and was very well stocked. I will stay here again when we choose to get a family get together. Perfect location, Swedes Realty are very nice and organized.

Girls trip
Awesome time! Our upstairs AC went out Friday late afternoon and when it was determined it could not be fixed, they quickly found us another home and was proved to be an even better place. We enjoyed our time and could not have ask for better host!

A Dream Come True
I recently stayed in this house with my family. It was literally a dream come true. The house is in a prime location, seconds from the beach. The house is spacious, comfy, and very well maintained. We had an excellent weekend and could not have asked for more. The only con would be the stairs. Some houses have lifts that make it easy to bring and take stuff down. However, this is not a big issue and won't take away from the awesome experience this house provides.
