Upper level of the house features a fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar area with regular drip coffee pot. The house also offers an office/laundry room. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom two features 2 queen beds, and bedroom three features 3 twin over twin bunk beds.
Spend some quality time playing family games in the living room or hanging out on the mezzanine deck. The mezzanine level features a bar area with refrigerator ,coffee pot, 2 outdoor TVs, a half bath, and plenty of seating -including a swing. Ground level of the home features 2 swings, basketball goal, corn hole, and washers.

This property comes equipped with an indoor elevator ($100 fee included) - rated for human use (unlike cargo lifts). This amenity is WONDERFUL for those who have mobility difficulties!

The Real Deal
Excellent cabin. Clean and spacious. Very nice mezzanine section with two televisions, a nice comfortable couch, ice machine, bar, bbq pit, everything needed especially for the sports fan. Also, great due to the fact that it has an elevator that opens up on the mezzanine level and inside the cabin itself. We have rented this cabin numerous times. Highly recommended.

They had the utmost respect for our needs and were all too willing to assist with anything my family and I needed! It’s a wonderful property and we will definitely be returning next season. Epic Engagement Dinner Location at the Real Deal
We recently stayed at the Real Deal Vacation Rental. Everything was beautiful! The rental was well appointed, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time on the ground level where we served dinner for 50. but we also spent a lot of time on the second level where we served appetizers and wine. It was very cozy because it was so accommodating due to all of the seating and outdoor kitchen. This place even has an elevator as we had guests that required this service. It's a short walk from the beach and you even had some views of it. The cabin was clean and the amenities were generous, including an ice maker and dual TV's that we played music from the bar. The bedroom accommodated all who were there only for a day trip.I highly recommend these accommodations. We will stay again.

Best Beach House
We had an amazing time...this house has everything you could possibly need and more. The second-floor entertainment area is so nice. There is plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying there again next year!

Perfect place to stay

Family friendly home
Sea la vie was a relaxing vacation well deserved of our family. We were there with 5 adults and 5 children. The ho,e was well furnished, all you need is your clothes, the owners have thought of everything. Get the sheet package it was much easier this year. We will be returning to this beach house!

Sea La Vie is paradise on the beach
Sea La Vie was even nicer in person! The 2nd level outdoor entertaining area is so nice and relaxing - and having a 1/2 bath is very nice. A little bummed we couldn't work the TVs on that level but it wasn't a big deal. We only used the elevator for unloading and loading supplies but it worked so great & saved our backs carrying everything up the stairs. Kitchen was very well supplied.
