Girls trip! Five friends having fun! Second time we have stayed at Dennis’s cabin.

The Real Deal is nothing short of amazing. It is located right in the middle of everything, but is still quiet enough to sit on one of the decks and enjoy the piece and quiet. Jan has done an amazing job of decorating and Dennis is there to help or fix anything that may come up during your stay! The house itself is big enough to fit several families and the bunk room was the highlight of the kids trip. The beach is within walking distance, Margaritaville is 10 minutes down the street, putt putt is located across the main road and the slides are 2 minutes away!! We had a blast, even during tropical storm Alberto! The cabinets are stocked full of board games and the 2nd floor deck allowed for everyone to still be outside even when it was raining for part of our stay! We have stayed in a ton of rentals on vacations and this one is at the top of our list!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing beach house, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the well-thought-out design of the property. The cabin is spacious, boasting three bedrooms that comfortably accommodated our group of 14. The bedrooms were clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The large windows allowed natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable seating arrangements made it the perfect spot for our group to gather and enjoy each other's company. The outdoor bar area on the second floor quickly became our favorite hangout spot. The bar allowed us to whip up refreshing drinks while soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the cool sea breeze. The ambiance was perfect for both daytime relaxation and evening socializing. The entire house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare meals. The convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the house is ideal, providing easy access to the beach, and the proximity to local attractions added to the overall appeal. The owners are so sweet and very accommodating! The house is clean, well kept, and has almost anything you may need. The Shady Spot is a must! We will definitely be back!

This beach house is perfect! The huge middle deck is great for hanging out & cooking when you’re ready to get away from the sandy beach. The elevator makes loading/unloading a breeze & great if you have little ones or grandparents! The house has everything you need! The spacious living/kitchen area is a great hangout when you’re ready to cozy up after a Long Beach day! My kiddo loves sleeping in the bunk room with his cousins! We will definitely be coming back! Great getaway!

Excellent cabin. Clean and spacious. Very nice mezzanine section with two televisions, a nice comfortable couch, ice machine, bar, bbq pit, everything needed especially for the sports fan. Also, great due to the fact that it has an elevator that opens up on the mezzanine level and inside the cabin itself. We have rented this cabin numerous times. Highly recommended.

I have the utmost respect for the owner of this property! As well as the rental company! They had the utmost respect for our needs and were all too willing to assist with anything my family and I needed! It’s a wonderful property and we will definitely be returning next season. A special shout out to Mr. Dennis for his hospitality and kindness! We felt right at home! Thank you, thank you!!

We recently stayed at the Real Deal Vacation Rental. Everything was beautiful! The rental was well appointed, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time on the ground level where we served dinner for 50. but we also spent a lot of time on the second level where we served appetizers and wine. It was very cozy because it was so accommodating due to all of the seating and outdoor kitchen. This place even has an elevator as we had guests that required this service. It's a short walk from the beach and you even had some views of it. The cabin was clean and the amenities were generous, including an ice maker and dual TV's that we played music from the bar. The bedroom accommodated all who were there only for a day trip.I highly recommend these accommodations. We will stay again.

We had an amazing time...this house has everything you could possibly need and more. The second-floor entertainment area is so nice. There is plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying there again next year!

Yearly family weekend trip.

All was perfect. Cabins A/C filter needs replaced and it needs a good dusting. I woulf rate everything 5 very satisfied.

Sea la vie was a relaxing vacation well deserved of our family. We were there with 5 adults and 5 children. The ho,e was well furnished, all you need is your clothes, the owners have thought of everything. Get the sheet package it was much easier this year. We will be returning to this beach house!

Sea La Vie was even nicer in person! The 2nd level outdoor entertaining area is so nice and relaxing - and having a 1/2 bath is very nice. A little bummed we couldn't work the TVs on that level but it wasn't a big deal. We only used the elevator for unloading and loading supplies but it worked so great & saved our backs carrying everything up the stairs. Kitchen was very well supplied.
