This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the desirable subdivision of Holiday Beach. Step outside on the furnished deck, and you will fall in love with the area! There are loungers for sunbathing, or sit in the covered area to enjoy your morning coffee or read your favorite book. The beach is just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive away!
Longboard Landing offers bright, beachy decor and all the modern touches! The open great room has plush sectional seating and a table for dining or games. The kitchen is fully outfitted with appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser, a separate ice maker in the island, small griddle, crockpot, 4-slice toaster, Ninja Blender, salad spinner, and all your cookware basics - as well as both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.
With 1600 square feet, the home comfortably accommodates 12. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-over-queen bunk beds. All bedrooms have smart TVs, and high speed internet is available for your streaming convenience. You'll also find a washer and dryer on site.
Downstairs, you will find a great space for entertaining - a built-in-bar with stools, a charcoal grill, a picnic table and a giant Jenga game. The foot wash and outdoor shower are a must for rinsing the day away after fun times on the beach. Longboard Landing will "wow" you with its beauty and amenities!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Swede's Crystal Beach
My family and I stayed at the property on Pelican st and the house was amazing. It was clean and very nice there wee games there and one thing that was great is the master is not next to the other rooms so you can have some piece and quite time. Very nice and would recommend to anyone.

Nice cabin
This cabin has everything needed to cook. The beds were not very comfortable. The floors and a few other things could have been cleaner. Overall it is a nice cabin in a great area and I would recommend it.

Loved this rental!
We really enjoyed our stay at Longboard Landing. The location is great, the space is very open and nice. It wasn't perfectly clean, but it happens with rentals. We would definitely rent this house again.

Best and most comfortable stay
This beach house is immaculately done. Much attention to detail has been made. Very comfortable and homey. Huge deck to visit or tan on. Wonderful bar downstairs. Short walk to beach. Everything I could have wanted in this vacation spot. I give Longboard Landing in Crystal Beach a huge thumbs up.

We travel a lot, and tis is the nicest house we have ever stayed in
We travel a lot, and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. It was only a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and was exactly as represented in pictures. The beds were very comfortable and we liked having 2 king size in two of the bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. There was more than enough space for our family of 12. When we come back to Crystal Beach, we will look for this property again.

Fantastic time at Longboard Landing
We stayed here for a weekend with great friends. Four adults and three teen girls. Everyone had their own super comfortable bed. All the necessary amenities for a stay near the beach made for a great time. A short walk to the beach was super convenient. Shower and foot wash downstairs was handy for keeping the sand out. Being from Canada, we had never stayed at a place this close to the beach that was this luxurious. Very high end. I would definitely visit and stay here again!
