Upstairs, Mar y Sol has a private spacious primary bedroom retreat, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath with separate tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony with more amazing gulf views.
The home also has three bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two features two sets of queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom three features a queen bed with a full sized futon. Additional bedding includes twin futons and 1 full sleeper sofa, making space for 16 to sleep comfortably.

Great vacation at Mar Y Sol!!!!
The house is in a great location very close to the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful! It was clean and comfortable. Tia Jaunita’s was absolutely delicious! This will be the vacation rental, if available, every beach vacation in the future.

Excellent Location
My family spent a week at the house, which has a great location near the beach. The check-in was very quick and easy.
The house was very clean. The outdoor deck, which is fully covered, has two locations with very nice views of the beach. The interior layout is very spacious, with an open design.
The three bedrooms on the main level had queen-sized beds (even the bunk-beds) to allow for a comfortable sleeping environment. There was also couches that could be used as beds.
The primary bedroom upstairs was very spacious, with an en suite bathroom having a jacuzzi-style tub and separate shower that was very spacious. The connected deck from the primary bedroom allowed for a private setting during mornings and evenings.
Our overall experience was amazing, with everyone being very complimentary of the house. We look forward to hopefully staying there in the future.

A few issues
When arriving I was not sure where to park, no concrete or gravel driveway/parking area. You can’t park under house like most beach houses, just had to park on grass hoping that was okay. Going in, the house was beautiful and close to the beach...we soon learned we had no toilet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms-I contacted Swedes and they quickly brought some. We later noticed the dishwasher did not work and had old rotten stinky food in bottom of it. The sink in the kitchen with disposal (that also didn’t work) did not drain. Dishes in cabinets were dirty with old food and had to be washed prior to using. The rooms were nice and plenty of room for our group. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would rent again hoping small issues were fixed.

House was great! Early checking and late check out is a plus! Always rent from Swede’s real estate! They are very nice!
