The house features a partially covered deck with a picnic table, and a peek-a-boo view of the gulf. Enjoy preparing meals in a kitchen with all the modern conveniences and room for the whole family. There is bar seating for four, and a dining table with seating for 10. Relax after your day at the beach in a spacious family area with plenty of comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD/Blue Ray player, and wifi.
There are two queen beds in the master suite; one queen bed in the second bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has two sets of twin bunks. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. Downstairs there is a large entertainment area - perfect for BBQs or crawfish boils- with two sets of picnic tables and a charcoal grill. The space also has plenty of room for covered and uncovered guest parking. 1 Sea and Sea is just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.
No pets are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Al right, but
Very spacious, lot of room. double pane windows, no surf or highway road noise. However, master bdr had no shower. Couches you sink down too far. Plastic chairs on deck horrible, friends had to bring their own deck chair. Other than that, good.

The stay was great
My company had a good time. The house had plenty of room and was very clean upon our arrival. We look forward to staying again next year.
