**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------This beachfront, three bedroom, two bath house sleeps nine and is located in the quiet Caplen area. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin over full bunkbed and the third bedroom has a king bed. There is also additional sleeping on the queen sofa pull out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation including a Keurig coffee maker.

Step outside and start your mornings on the deck (covered and uncovered areas), perfect for a cup of coffee!

Under the house, there is plenty of room to gather in the shade and enjoy the company of family and friends. This property has plenty of parking, and a charcoal grill.

There isn’t WIFI at this property, so you will need to bring a “hot spot” if the internet is a must have. This is a great home for spending time together with family and disconnect from the world.

Pets are not allowed. Cargo lift NOT available for guest use. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

We had a great time! This is the second time we have rented this house. We plan to be back next year for Mardi Gras but unfortunately several elderly in our group have knee problems so we might have to find another house. This makes us sad because we love this one!!

Christmas Vacation Time
This house was absolutely perfect. The view of the icean and the access to the beach was spectacular. Waking up Christmas morning with all my kids and grandkids was a memory to be treasured. Thank you for sharing your home and also having a tree already up and beautifully decorated.

House location prefect
The house and location were great. Only complaint the bottom bunk bed could use some improvement. Not to good for an adult. Everything thing else was pretty much perfect.

Nice house. Fabulous location.
Had all of the necesites in the kitchen. Very nice deck. Good size house with large living area. Would have been better if we could have used the lift. Beds were comfortable, except for the futon...that mattress needs to be replaced. Could have used a cleaning..everything was dusty. Overall we were happy with it and would stay there again!

This place has ALL the charm!
I am tempted to give this place a bad THAT IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ME YEAR AROUND! My family and I visit here every years. We love it! We don't even consider other places to stay. Perfect view and cozy comfort. I'm out of shape but I can still race my kids to the beach, that's how close it is! And there is nothing to obscure the view. The balcony has a brand new addition so there is plenty of space for activities. Lots of room inside with full amenities. Go for it, you won't be dissatisfied, I promise!

Gulf view never gets old
We booked by phone and inadvertently got a place without WiFi. So glad that Swede's came through with a hotspot even though it was a weekend. Overall a great trip.
