A stunning beachfront beauty, with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and enough space for 30 people! Great property for weddings, church retreats, or family reunions. This is a “high-end” property on the front row of beach with beautiful views, decks, and entertainment areas! This house is FINE!
The kitchen features dual refrigerators, dual coffee makers - both Keurig and regular drip, and much more for large groups. There is a 15-seat kitchen bar and a family-sized table on the patio. Master suite is located on main floor with king-size bed, TV and a private bath. House has a total of 3 king-size bedrooms and bunkbed rooms, each bunkbed with phone charging plug, making it ideal for several families.
The Home Theatre boasts a 70-inch Smart ROKU TV for YOUR personal Apple TV, Hulu, Sling, Pandora, Netflix, etc, and an HDMI cable for XBOX or other gaming systems. Flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans in every room. Main floor/kitchen area also has ROKU TV. Bedrooms have Antenna TV. High-speed internet is accessible from every room.
Additional features are a deluxe “outdoor bar” under the house, all concrete, and 3 separate covered balconies/decks., plus a charcoal BBQ grill. Stairway has covered access to stay out of rain. Each room is named individually like “Hydrotherapy” or “Sotally-Tober”. Younger people love the nicknamed beds like One-Eyed Jack, Blackbeard or Miss-Windjammer!
Enjoy 2 separate great room living areas that provide ample room for all. Private water closets in bathrooms, high end tile and glass showers with double vanities. Spacious and great location but in need of a deep clean
The house has a nice bedroom configuration and plenty of space to spread out. Nice, big kitchen with two fridge/freezers which was awesome! No family dining table so having dinner as a group presented challenges. The beach location is excellent as is the management company. The ground level could use an outdoor shower as there was not a great place to wash sand off before entering the house. I will say this house needs a deep clean. The bathrooms and kitchen areas were well cleaned, but the walls had dirt and smudges of grime on them throughout the entire house and the floors had not been properly cleaned in some time.

Fishing Camp
We brought a group (23) of high level clients for a fishing trip. The house set up was perfect for our group and everyone enjoyed the setting. 35 total grown men for 3 days and nights. We brought in a chef to prepare the meals and shuttles to run us back and forth to the marina. It was a fantastic venue for our group and we are very likely to come back again. My only wish is that the bed linens were put on the bed prior to our stay. It takes a while to make that many beds in both houses. We would likely pay a fee to have those put on for us.

Pirates Beach Review
Overall a great experience. Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and when we had maintenance issues, someone was there right away and super friendly. My only negative feedback is the quality of the rental compared to the cost to rent. The house is overall nice, but the more you are in it and look around, it could use some touchups.
