house is located on a corner double lot great for family-friendly activities-volleyball and badminton and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep 12 comfortably. Short golf cart ride or walk to the beach!
This house includes free wifi for your convenience.
The partially covered deck is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with family and friends. Deck furniture includes table/ 4 high backed chairs, 2 loungers on one side and the other side of the deck has double chair glider with table and 2 high back chairs and tall table.
Downstairs covered patio great for entertaining! Comes with 8 barstools and 2 bar tops, 2 large built in benches and table, large picnic table, outdoor swing, charcoal BBQ pit (Charcoal, lighter fluid aren’t provided)
Has outdoor shower for after a fun filled day on the beach, a fenced in area for small dogs
Master bedroom has a California king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin over double bunk beds.
Two full bathrooms- hall bath is shower/tub combo and the master has a walk in shower
Kitchen has been remodeled beautifully with all new appliances, large island, beverage cooler, dishwasher, coffee bar -has drip coffee and a Keurig Machine and comes with tons of storage
Living room comes with 2 lazy boy recliners and large section couch with 2 recliners also
This house has all the comforts of home- Washer and dryer, 4 flat screen TVs with streaming services in living room and bedrooms, and even has several board games, puzzles, playing cards, Wii and play station 2, several movies in case you don’t want to go to the beach and have plenty of fun at the house.
Small dogs (35lbs or less) are allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Cute Beach home!
The house was cute and charming! Very inviting and kid friendly! The layout was in wonderful working order! They provided a book of the rules and what to expect at the different areas. We did experience a problem with ants coming in as well as the people coming to mow without any warning getting our stuff caked with grass! The yard does need some treatment for stickers sooo make sure you have on shoes. The property check in/out was amazing but should let you know when the maintenance/yard people will be coming so you could move your items.

Beach review
We found the property to be very fitting for all 9 of our group. The description needs to be updated as it says beach view in which it probably was before the other homes were built to now block the beach. We absolutely loved our getaway and this is a perfect location to walk or drive to the beach since you can park your car right on the beach.

A perfect family home with lots of sleeping spaces!
We loved the house. It was nice and open! We had an issue with the bathtub drain not draining. We called Swedes and they came out immediately and helped us drain the tub.
