Biscayne Sunrise provides unobstructed 180 degree panoramic views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico, and Galveston. This 2850 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and two living areas, sleeping 12 comfortably.
The large double living areas include five reclining sofas and large transom style windows across the entire beach side of the house. The well-stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, and there is ample seating at our two dining tables (plus extra bar seating at the granite island!).
There are two primary bedrooms with ensuite baths, and two additional bedrooms that sleep 4 people each.
Downstairs you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table, where you can grill out and enjoy the shade and gulf breezes. Since Biscayne is a gated community, you will love the privacy and peace available at the property.
Venture out directly in front of our house to the Biscayne Beach (the widest beach on Bolivar Peninsula) with plenty of space for vehicles, chairs, and canopies for your enjoyment. When you are not at the beach, you can relax on the large covered and uncovered deck areas with captain style deck chairs and picnic tables. Feel free to "people watch" from the deck, or watch the ships coming and going into Galveston Bay while soaking up the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the relaxing salty breeze.
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The rental was as expected mostly. Large spacious beautiful views and working amenities. The only detractors were the cleanliness of the home when we arrived (Floors, stairs and oven), the age and condition of the mattress and the Jacuzzi in the primary bedroom had been modified so that it could not be used by guests.

Wonderful house with tons of space!!
Beautiful home with so much space, two living areas was a huge bonus!!! Great location with little to no beach traffic.

Wonderful stay!!
We typically rent another house in the area every summer. This summer that house was no longer available so we had to switch our reservation. We stumbled upon this house and I AM SO HAPPY WE DID. The house was wonderful! We had 5 adults and 6 kids staying in the house and we all fit perfectly. We had more than enough space for everyone. The view was so serene! Easy access to the beach via walkways (golf carts can be driven over the walkways to the beach), quiet neighborhood and quiet beach area. The only "issue" we faced was there was a broken rail on the stairs leading up to the upstairs (I was worried the kids might get hurt going up and down the stairs) and a smoke detector was beeping when I got there, but 1 call to the Swedes office and we had a maintenance man out there within an hour to fix everything.
The house floors upstairs were a little dirty, but it wasn't terrible. The kitchen had some things to cook with, but we've been doing this long enough that we know to bring our own supplies just in case the house doesn't have what we need or it's not working.

Biscayne Sunrise
We enjoy Biscayne Bay because it is gated, close to the ferry and Crystal Beach. We also enjoy a front row beach house. We like the general condition of the home and furnishing and were impressed with the quick response to our call about a bathroom leek. The house needs a good deep cleaning and the cleaning crew needs to put items in the kitchen back where they belong. It was hard to find things because cookware was everywhere and not very clean. One of the sinks in the downstairs main bathroom didn’t work - it would have been nice to have a small discount offered for the inconvenience. The management was professional and friendly.

Love this house & location
This house has always been a favorite of mine. Love the location and quietness of the neighborhood and beach area. Kitchen could use a few more essentials (pots, pans, utensils). Coffee pot needs replacing. It did not work properly, leaving some of the grounds completely dry resulting in weak coffee.

Mother’s Day weekend
Loved this home!! Perfect location and the house was just great for our family. 2 masters and plenty of room for everyone to gather, but spacious enough to separate and have quite time or a kids area to themselves. Easy access to beach ( both of our side by sides fit across the boardwalk). Sunrise on the front deck was beautiful. We had plenty of room for parking, even with a 20ft trailer. Swedes was exceptional as always with check in.

Easter weekend getaway
We loved Biscayne Sunrise. It was a great space for my whole family to hang out. The layout was perfect with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We had two married couples, and four kids. The internet didn't work the entire we were there and the linens weren't there when we arrived. Other than those small problems, everything was perfect! We loved the location and the view.
