Sunset Peach is the perfect getaway for your family vacation. This beachfront home is located in the quiet Caplen area, with some of the best beachcombing on the Bolivar Peninsula! It is a 1595 square foot home that stands on almost one acre of land with plenty of room to stretch, relax, and enjoy your time off. The partially covered furnished upstairs deck is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico with your morning coffee, or relaxing with a book.
The living area features comfortable seating and a large screen TV with DVD player, as well as a wood-burning fireplace. The room opens up to a bright kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve meals for the family, including microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. There is seating at the breakfast bar, and a separate dining table for 8. The utility room has a washer and dryer, plus an extra refrigerator. High speed internet is available for your convenience.
Sunset Peach sleeps 10 comfortably. Bedrooms one and two feature 2 queen beds in each, and bedroom three has a king bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and ceiling fans, and the primary bedroom also has a DVD player and ensuite bath with separate tub and shower.
After playing at the beach you can wash the day off in the outdoor shower, relax under the Palapa or enjoy a game of horseshoes with family and friends. You'll also find a charcoal grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. The memories you make at Sunset Peach will last a lifetime!
Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The Best Place To Stay On The Bolivar!
The Sunset Peach is a good find, this home had privacy, and space for all of us. Waking up to the beach at the front door was ideal. Being away from the busy part of the beach was our favorite!

Awesome beach front vacation!
We had a great time for spring break 2024. The house is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has plates, pots, pans, utensils and just about anything you need to cook the food you bring. There is a grocery store 8 minutes away. The house is in a great location as the beach seemed less busy than other areas. You can drive on the beach but we didn't see many people park in front of the house.

A Good Time Was Had By All
Weatherwise it was a fantastic week.The accomadation were excellant. It was a peaceful and relaxful area we would certainly return and we woutd highly recommendit.Everyone at Swede was very nice and helpful.We ate at Stingaree, Jose,and Tia Juanita and the food was very good at all of them.The only thing it could use is an elevator for us old folks.

We had an awesome time. Home was clean and well maintained. Wish the beach had been groomed. Noticed some beach trash that could have been cleaned up, but nothing that deterred us from going to the beach.

Making Memories
My experience was awesome. I had all my kids in one house for a vacation. I have older adult kids 28 and 24 as well as a 15-year-old. Everyone had a great time swimming and laying on the beach and they all did a lot of fishing. The house gave everyone enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The house was great with a big kitchen to cook in and still be where everyone was hanging out. We cooked most of the time in the kitchen but we had some great meals on the grill as well. To sum it all up we will be back next year to make some more memories. Our house was perfect for our family.

Dad and Daughter Vacation
Since Covid my dad hasn't traveled becausehe has Asthma really bad, he use to travel all over so I planned this trip for us, my step mom and my husband. His sister stayed a few houses down from us. We had a great time and enjoyed the family time and BEACH! Great location and house was perfect!

The Peach on the Beach.
This was a great experience! The size, layout, the cleanliness was super.
The only minor downfall was the shower in the master bathroom was slow to drain and the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi. However this would not keep me from staying again.

Great house, great location
Our family spent a wonderful few days at this house. The house itself was beautiful and the layout was conducive to family gathering. There were plenty of chairs and areas to sit outside as well. Unobstructed views and easy access to the beach was important to us in this house fit the bill. We chose the option to bring our own linens Which ended up being a bit of a hassle, so I probably would not choose that option again. Also, it did smell like someone had smoked in there and I believe it was supposed to be a non-smoking property. It was not overpowering and opening up the doors for a bit was helpful.
Bottom line...we had a great time I would choose this property again.

Love Crystal Beach
Love the location, beach was quiet and camp was good just a few minor issues. Front screen door would not close, cabinet door where coffee cups were was broken, master shower drained slowly and stove worked only on one side majority of the time. Hope these issues get repaired but will definitely go back.

Wedding Getaway Stay
Our daughter’s wedding prompted us to rent this beach house. Close to the venue, but it also was beach front with a beach access road. Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was very clean and well managed. The rental company also encouraged us to use all the available amenities on the property. Would recommend renting this property.

Sunset Peach is a great get away Beach House. The owners go over and above to make sure the Beach House is fulling stocked and updated. The beach is steps always and the view is FANTASTIC. We will go back again.

We did alot of nothing....and it was great!
We worked to plan everything so that when we arrived, we didn't have to leave. The deck provided the rest of the incentive to stay put and we did. The rooms were accommodating with plenty of closet space. Everything was nicely appointed--even SHARP knives available! We already talked about having this same property next spring!

Fantastic house – everything you need – beautiful waterfront location. Owners are the Best – you even get a homemade – embroidery bag with goodies as a Welcome gift. Nicest people you could ever meet – and they make sure your beach stay is awesome- we will go back again and again.
