Aven's Haven is a beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that comfortably sleeps 12. This house is in the quiet Holiday Beach subdivision and is located in the heart of Crystal Beach. Easily accessible to all of the restaurants and shopping of the area. Step inside for that modern home feel with a fully stocked kitchen. The living area is beautifully furnished and a great place to connect with friend and family. The master bedroom features a King bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Full over Queen bunk beds. Walk outside to the deck and you can see the Gulf of Mexico down the road. The deck has plenty of seating so you can soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. Downstairs area has a bar with 6 barstools and sand shower. The beach is just a short walk using the subdivision walkover.
No pets are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Fathers Day Weekend.
The rental for the most part was great. Floors were clean, kitchen and fridge were clean. Only thing that was not clean were the beds, some bed covers had stains and copious amounts of sand. Regardless we did not purchase the linen package for $125 so we brought our own so that didn't pose a problem as much. But again the house was overall I'd say 4/5. Would definitely rent again.

Birthday at the beach
We chose this house simply bcuz of the location as it was 2 doors down from my daughter's best friend . They gave her a party . We loved this house . It was beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and large tvs .

Cabin was just as beautiful as pictured, and very spacious for our family (3 couples + 2 kiddos with room for more). Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Great Father's Day Weekend
Everyone had a blast. Walking distance to the beach access. Rental was very well kept with great Ocean / Beach Vibe. Dano's & Chupacabra Seasoning on the inside, Ole Smokey Charcoal Grill, Shower on the Outside. Not much more you can ask for. Both Wife's and kiddos commented they would definitely stay at Avens Haven again. Very thankful for the opportunity to enjoy this property. Well done Swede's

Great Stay beautiful home!
We loved spending a long weekend here. Beach house was beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Master bed and bath were amazing. Only thought since we’ve been staying in beach houses over 12 years now is there were no bath towels to use. Every other house we’ve rented had at least a few to use. We made due but just a thought. A few more pots and pan would also be helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay otherwise!
