SandPiper’s Feather ( Formerly known as One Fine Day)
Like a unique sea shell on a quiet stretch of beach, the Sandpiper’s Feather is a rare find- perfect for a lively family gathering or a peaceful retreat where you can watch the waves roll onto the sand from the gated deck. Located a leisurely one minute walk from some of the best beach on Bolivar, this spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath home offers phenomenal views from both inside and out.
The roomy master bedroom with a queen bed has a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers another queen bed and a full bed on the lower bunk with a twin upper bunk. The third bedroom has its own queen bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, Direct TV, and WiFi.
The oversized leather sofa, loveseat, and overstuffed chair provide comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy the flat screen TV, family game night, or breathtaking sunrises!
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook elaborate holiday meals or just let your guests fend for themselves while you take a leisurely walk on the beach. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine.
The kids will enjoy plenty of kid-friendly movies, games, and art supplies. The house is surrounded by plenty of grassy space to run and play when they aren’t on the beach building sand castles or hunting the perfect shell.
Even the four-legged members of the family will find special touches just for them, including a dog washing station to rinse off the sand and salt water. When you need some space, two swings down stairs go well with a glass of iced tea and the in-ground fire pit is perfect for singing, story-telling, and s’mores. A family-sized picnic table offers outside dining on the day’s catch that you can filet at the fish cleaning bench and grill to perfection! It’s time to come to the beach!

Family getaway
The house was great. A few minor glitches that didn't affect us, too busy "chilling out". Hope to repeat next summer.

Memorial weekend trip
Location and Neighborhood was nice. House is close to the beach with easy access. Drive on beach and park option with reasonable price sticker was a plus. House was in good condition. We paid for rental linens & towels which I would recommend. I would also recommend you bring your own bed blanket or covers, bring your garbage bags 1 gallon size for inside bin there was none in the bin when we arrived, bring hand soap for restrooms and have it ready to use immediately on your arrival.

New Year’s Getawt
The property was clean,nice and comfy. It was just as described. Didn’t have coffee but was able to buy a few things in Family general. Enjoyed the view when the fog would go away and loved the seen.

Texas beach Vacation
My husband, daughter and two grandchildren have a wonderful time at the Sandpiper’s Feather cabin. The interior was beautiful! Upon entering we were greeted with a hospitality basket of goodies on the dining table that my granddaughter happily dove right into. The only thing I wish this cabin had was a covered deck ( and wider)on the right side. That’s were the breeze was always blowing. Other than that everything was perfect!!
