A 2nd row home added to our program Spring 2018. This is a nice, spacious home with an amazing view of the Gulf! This roomy, beautiful, beachfront house is located in right in the heart of Crystal Beach, close to shopping, dining and nightlife. There is WIFI for your use along with Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms so you can log in to your accounts and watch all your favorite shows
This house features a bonus mezzanine deck in addition to upper deck. Only a few steps to the beach Paseo de la Playa features stunning views from both decks. Plan a family reunion or wedding and have plenty of room with Happily Ever After, Once Upon a Time or Peace Love & Sandy Feet. Master suite has King sized bed TV and walk-in shower and separate tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 full-sized beds and there is a queen sleeper for extras. Has all modern appliances in roomy kitchen area and modern appliances. TVs located in all bedrooms.
When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away.
Small dogs, 35lbs or less, allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Beach house rental review
It rained the week of our stay which limited the amount of time on the beach. The rental was clean but the kitchen could use additional pots, pans, and dishes. This is our second time renting this unit because of proximity to the beach with just a short walk. We will rent this unit again.

Great spot!
Beautiful Cabin, close to the beach and they had almost everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! It was clean, well kept and we had fun!

Beach stay
The house was within walking distance to the beach. All three rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Adequate amount of dishes except for coffee cups. We enjoyed the additional second floor deck with guest came over. Beautiful view of the beach. We would stay at the location again.

Wonderful View!
This house is wonderful. It has an Amazing View and wonderful beach access. I will say if you plan on cooking, bring any dishes you may need.

Gorgeous house but NEEDS a lift or elevator bad!!! Nothing extra in house so have to bring extra. 40 stairs😫 please concider atleast a lift🙏
