This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortable home is centrally located to shopping, dining and nightlife. You will have no problem finding the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book! The covered mezzanine deck has plenty of furniture for relaxing on swings in the shade, or dining at the picnic table. The upper deck is great for warming up in the sun! When the beach is calling, you are just a quick walk or golf cart ride away.
The spacious living area is open to the dining table and well-stocked kitchen. You'll find all you need to make your favorite family meals, including a regular drip coffee maker. You'll appreciate having satellite TV, as well as high speed internet for your devices.
In addition to the sleeper sofa in the living room, Paradise Haven 2 has two bedrooms. The first features two queen beds, and the second has 3 queen beds. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises.
On the ground level, the fully fenced in yard is great for pets. There is also a charcoal grill for your convenience. Come spend your vacation in this affordable piece of paradise!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with a pet fee. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great weekend get away

I am very happy with Swedes rental. All the ppl I talked to were very helpful and very nice. I will definitely be renting from them again. The property had an Rv setting on it with no trespassing signs and that made us all a little uncomfortable at first until we found out no one was there. When you try to cleanup after your pets though, I was hesitate about going around all the property. It was nice having a fenced in place for our dogs.

Good get away.
Nice place to stay. It had a musty smell and a little visible water damage. The kitchen pans and utensils need to be replaced. Beach access was straight down the road and easy. It has a lift but not for rentals customers.

Great weekend getaway
Definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home. Even though it was just me and my fiance, there was plenty of room for another 6 people if needed. Everything in the home was up to date and the had everything you might need for cooking. Very spacious patio deck with swings and tables. Also has an upper deck that overlooks the area. The swedes were very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon. We couldn't have been happier.
