Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house (sleeps up to 12) located only a few steps from the beach. With its spacious living area and kitchen this house is a must for your family vacation. Master suite features King size bed and garden tub with walk in shower. The two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house have 2 doubles each separated by a full bath. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and counter space for food preparation and is equipped with everything would need to make your favorite family meals.
Outside on the deck, you will fall in love with the views! There is furniture to sit and enjoy the sunrise.

Additional features are lawn furniture, dishwasher washer/dryer, and DVD players high speed WiFi internet. Downstairs features bar and picnic area.--------Bigger accommodations needed for weddings family gatherings & events? …next door is its identical sister house called Happily Ever After behind both Front Row houses are 2nd Row Homes with incredible mezzanine/social decks both with views too called Paseo de la Playa and Peace Love and Sandy Feet…enjoy :)

Great location and house for a family gathering
We stayed for just under a week on the off season. House is beach front with plenty of room upstairs and down. Everything you need or want from a grill and outdoor shower below, TVs in every room, plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking, and a few games and puzzles. So no matter the weather or interests of your guests there is something for everyone. Definitely get the linen service as the house doesn't come with anything (kitchen rags,towels, sheets) and that's just too much to keep up with bringing yourself. You'll want to pick up a a spray cleaner, toilet paper, hand and dish soap. If you have more than 4 people you'll want to bring your beach chairs to use on the deck or downstairs as there are just 4 deck chairs but you'll be bringing chairs for the beach anyway so no big deal. TVs use Roku so you can easily login to your own streaming service from home. We used Swedes Realty to rent the house and they are fantastic to work with. Had a great time! Note to owner... living room remote for TV turn on was missing. There were several remotes but they weren't the same brand as TV so didn't work. We just turned on TV and used volume buttons on the side of TV itself which worked fine. Astros were playing so that was important! Lol!

The location is great and cabin has everything we needed. Have rented this cabin 4 times now for myself and with another group of friends.

Great Beachfront & Beautiful Sunrises
We were very happy with the house and experience. The house had a couple of issues that the property managment took care of as quickly as was possible. The house could use a deep cleaning of the carpets. The two beds in the front guest bedroom could use bed frames reinstalled as the beds are uncomfortable as they are now. We definitely plan to book this property and/or the sister property next door next Spring.

Excellent location
We had a great time and it was wonderful to sit on porch and watch cars go by. Could also watch the kids playing on the beach .

We will be back!
Absolutely AMAZING. The house was beautiful, and so accommodating. We spent most the weekend on the beautiful porch! The team is so helpful and the price was amazing! We will most definitely be renting from here again.
