**MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT**--------3 bed 2 bath home located in the quiet Gulfport Village subdivision. Beach access via a short walk or golf cart only keeps thru-traffic to a minimum. You're right down the road from the sand with distant beach views from the partially covered deck. Shiplap walls and beach decor help give you that beachy vibe you've been searching for. Kitchen features modern appliances with rolling island. Enjoy dinner on the the deck at a large, comfortable outdoor table. The master bedroom features a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 features 2 D/T bunk beds. The area under the home features a charcoal bbq pit, 2 picnic tables and sand shower.
**Monthly rentals available for the months of November - February at $2500/month**

No pets are allowed. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Love the home, nice quiet area. The house could use an upgrade on skillets, the small rugs throughout the house look like they could use a good cleaning, the bird poop on the stairwell was a turn off and we were unable to see live TV local channels(abc13, fox 26????)

This beach house is the best! Everything you need for your vacation. Everything is updated and such a cute beach decor. It’s walking distance to the beach with an awesome view. We will definitely be coming back to the Cajun Haven!
