Sunset Peach is the perfect getaway for your family vacation. This beachfront home is located in the quiet Caplen area, with some of the best beachcombing on the Bolivar Peninsula! It is a 1595 square foot home that stands on almost one acre of land with plenty of room to stretch, relax, and enjoy your time off. The partially covered furnished upstairs deck is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico with your morning coffee, or relaxing with a book.

The living area features comfortable seating and a large screen TV with DVD player, as well as a wood-burning fireplace. The room opens up to a bright kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve meals for the family, including microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. There is seating at the breakfast bar, and a separate dining table for 8. The utility room has a washer and dryer, plus an extra refrigerator. High speed internet is available for your convenience.

Sunset Peach sleeps 10 comfortably. Bedrooms one and two feature 2 queen beds in each, and bedroom three has a king bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and ceiling fans, and the primary bedroom also has a DVD player and ensuite bath with separate tub and shower.

After playing at the beach you can wash the day off in the outdoor shower, relax under the Palapa or enjoy a game of horseshoes with family and friends. You'll also find a charcoal grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. The memories you make at Sunset Peach will last a lifetime!

Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is welcome with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
