This cozy and cute, 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach property sleeps 6 people and has wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico! Step outside on the deck and enjoy the gulf breeze or take the short walk/ride to the beach and enjoy the sand and sun. There is addition sleeping for two more with the 2 twin bench seats.

Fun House for Small Families
The house was a good size for me and my three kids. Layout was good, open concept living/kitchen was spacious. A little awkward to go through one bedroom to get to bathroom. Cleanliness was less than. Found dirty towels in the laundry area, dish mat was not clean. Description said dishwasher, but there was not one, which was fine. Not a whole lot of sheet pans, no measuring cups, little things like this. There were open cabinets with repair items, so it would have been nice to be locked having kids in the house. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again!

Loved Poquito Mosquito!
It is a great house for a small family. The location is amazing, you can have your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise over the beach. The house is clean and comfortable, but the pet pen needs cleaning because it has a lot of other dogs excrement. Other than that, yes the house needs a little remodeling but if you're like us that go to enjoy the beach this is an excellent. Can't wait to go back!

It has a view!
I was surprised to have the view. It was so peaceful. There are a few things, you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. The other bedroom has the washer and dryer with a windowed door and no blinds. There is no Wi-Fi. Bring towels, toilet tissue, etc. overall, it was a pleasant stay and exactly as described, with a lovely view from the deck.

Awesome little house
We have rented homes multiple times from Swedes. This little home is awesome. Great for 4 or less people.

The property was clean and well kept, sufficiently supplied with necessities and overall very comfortable. This is the right property for a small group of people that want beach access.
The bathroom was tiny!
We will be back when we just want little simple vacation weekend. Good location even though not front row.

A great stay for my husband and I. Good view and close enough to
Small hours worked well for us. The bathroom is very little. There was no baking pans. Could have used a 13x9 to bake in. Knives were dull, but I managed.

Excellent family getaway
Perfect size for our family a four - easy walk to the beach - ample space for meals (prepping and eating) - mostly quiet neighborhood during sleeping hours. We had an excellent vacation here!
