This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on a quieter part of the peninsula, but still close to restaurants and shops. Salt & Lime has a unique setup with sleeping for 22, making it perfect for several families to get together. You'll be situated on a beach access road, so you're just minutes away from "toes in the sand"!
The large mezzanine deck is the star of the show -there's a fun bar area with loads of seating, table and chairs for dining or card games, picnic tables, and a separate bathroom! Enjoy all the shaded space to play games or just relax. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends and make wonderful beach memories.
Indoors you will find a comfortable living area that opens to a well-stocked kitchen and a large island. You'll have the comforts of home with a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
Three bedrooms feature two queen beds in each. The fourth bedroom has one queen over queen over queen (3 levels) bunk bed. The top floor bedrooms each have a private patio/sitting area. For additional sleeping, there are two twin over queen bunk beds situated behind the sitting area in the living room.
On the ground level, you will find plenty of parking, a basketball goal, and an outdoor shower - great for washing off a day spent in the sand and surf. You will love your time at Salt & Lime!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

2nd Time Around
The stay at Salt & Lime was an awesome experience. The check in was easy and the ladies behind the desk was super friendly. The house was nice and clean, and we did not have an issue with the house. It was easy to locate and close to the beach with easy access. It had more than enough parking and the basketball court was a plus. This was my second time renting the house and would not hesitate to rent it again. Last year we had access to using the cargo elevator which was a big help because we did not have to carry the heaving items up 2 flights of stairs. This year however, it was not available. We did not find this out until we got there. But no worries we made it work.

Squeaky Beds Galore!
First off, we had a hoot! Good cabin. Good location. Good amenities. However, the beds in the downstairs bedroom squeak to the point of being bothersome to others asleep in that room.

Perfect
The house was perfect, clean, great area, loved it . Had a great weekend. The only thing wrong was the lift elevator for our bags was out climbing up 2 set of stairs was hard. But overall it was perfect

Fun in the sun
We had a family get together and we had so much fun. Everyone gathered on the second floor the deck floor for games and visiting. The ocean was a short walk down the street. Perfect home for a family gathering. Just needs an elevator for us old folk,lol.

over all ok. great location, many things not working right, a lot of steps to this property. not as clean as other locations. not enough bathrooms for the number of rooms in my mind. Management company was very good to work with.

It was awesome!
It was great! The house was huge, pretty and well equipped. It had some areas that needed a little more attention from the cleaning crew, but overall great. I will be booking again, highly recommned!

This is our second time at this rental and it is one of our favorites. It is right on a beach access road but yet on a quiet street with lots of privacy. It has everything and much more for a large group. Swedes provides exceptional service and always prompt to answer to whatever is needed during your stay.
