The fourth bedroom has 4 king beds and an ensuite bath. The bunk room features 4 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 6 twin beds. This home sleeps 28 comfortably. You will love the fully stocked kitchen, with all you need to prepare and serve meals, including stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators, and abundant seating around the bar and large dining table. The home also offers Smart TVs and high speed internet for your convenience.
Outdoors, the deck has picnic tables and lounge chairs with a view of the Gulf, and a private pool.
Downstairs features a picnic table and sand shower for rinsing off the day at the beach. Enjoy this space by cooking meals on the charcoal grill, as well! There is plenty of parking for guests in the driveway and under the house. This property also offers a cargo lift - just what you need for getting your luggage and those heavy coolers of food/drinks upstairs!

Great big group vacation home. Lots of suites and the big kids room on top was just awesome. I really recommend this home it’s spacious, comfortable and not to mention the pool.

Wonderful family Reunion
our experience in this home was more than what I expected the rooms were impecable the stay was the most comfortable I have had in any vacation home I have been in Swede's Real Estate were so hospitable and informative I will defiantly be renting from them in the near future

Great House
Great location and a great house with a lot of beds! The negative is that the beds were NOT made because they use a linen service. When I take a vacation, I don’t want to work and having to make beds was a huge inconvenience.
