This great family home located in the quiet Sandcastle subdivision, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeping for 7. Step outside and you will find the perfect deck to lounge on with your favorite beverage or book You will enjoy the peek-a-boo views of the water, and the sounds of the waves! The house is only minutes away from the beach via the subdivision's private golf cart/foot path.
Imperial Palace has a cozy living room and a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals while on vacation. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. Enjoy the comforts of home with high speed internet and on-site washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms offer one queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed.
Downstairs, there is a screened in room with a sink and gas grill to enjoy! (bring your own propane).
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Back to a town that has changed greatly since 1990
Nice trip. Good seafood, great entertainment hearing Uncle Bo and Doug Band at Hardheads, all we needed was fewer mosquitos and cooler weather!

All in all good.....but
All in all we loved staying at this place. The only thing we weren't real fond of was the blood stains on the guest bed.
