Perfect for a wedding or family reunion venue - rent these two homes together! One is beachfront (Happily Ever After) and the other is second row (Peace, Love, & Sandy have great beach views and are situated in the centrally located Stingaree subdivision. Together the homes will sleep 24 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Each living room has cozy seating, and a smart TV with DVD player. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchens, including a regular drip coffee makers.
Each separate home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the following bedding arrangement: Primary bedroom - one king bed. Bedroom two - 2 doubles. Bedroom three - 2 Doubles. Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa.
Both homes have outdoor entertaining areas with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and you are just steps away from the beach!
All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. Linens and towels are included when renting this venue and will be delivered to the home on the day of arrival.

Perfect stay for our wedding
We had a beach wedding and this was a perfect location for friends and family to all stay near one another, since we rented all 4 houses.
The A/C worked great!
The beach view was great from all of the houses!

The only suggestion I would have for the owner would be to upgrade all of the full size mattresses. I was told they were not comfortable. They appeared to be cheap, worn out kids mattresses.
Also, the comforters are not washed for new guests. I would definitely bring my own blanket next time.
But overall, I would give this place 5 stars and can't wait to stay here again!!
