Headberg's Beach Oasis is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the Sandpiper subdivision, centrally located right next to restaurants, The Big Store, and shopping. You are just moments from the beach, and the deck offers great partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the porch swing with a good book, or at the bistro table with your morning coffee.
The living area boasts a large sectional sofa that features 4 recliners, as well as satellite TV. The room opens up to a modern kitchen that's stocked with the cookware and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. More comforts of home include high speed internet and a washer and dryer.
With nearly 1400 square feet, the home sleeps 9 comfortably. You'll find a primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features one queen and one twin bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds and one full.
On the ground level, there's even more room for entertaining, with swings and a gas grill. After a day spent sunbathing or fishing, you will truly enjoy the outdoor shower and the fire pit!
Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Lovely home.
The property was very clean, had lots of games for the family to play, as well as a karaoke machine! The house also had a nice view of the water. Would 100% book here again.

Headberg's Beach Oasis is a great place to stay
My family enjoyed our stay at Headberg's Beach Oasis. Very comfortable, ample amenities, great view of beach. We highly recommend it and would stay again. Only recommendation would be to add some window treatments where the sun sets to block the glare.
