Located in the family-oriented Emerald I subdivision, this lovely house has it all within its 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Step outside on the furnished deck, and you will fall in love with the views! Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee, or a cocktail at the end of the day - all with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The beach is just a walk, golf cart, or drive away making this home perfect for your family's most memorable beach vacation!
The living/kitchen area at Gypsy Sol is spacious and beautifully furnished. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals while on vacation, featuring a gas range, regular drip coffee maker, and a long bar with seating. Additional seating for meals or games is available at the dining table or sofa table - there's room for all! Feel right at home with amenities like a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
The house has over 2000 square feet and two levels. The upstairs features a primary suite with a private balcony. The four other bedrooms are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms feature one king bed in each, one has two full size beds, and there is a bunk room with 3 sets of twin over twin bunks.
Under the house, there is plenty of room to gather in the shade and enjoy the company of family and friends while barbecuing on the charcoal grill. Gypsy Sol is a great place to make lasting memories!
Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Over all the property was very nice. The few things we had issues with were no gate down the stairs we did have a dog with us and we did bring baby gates a elevator outside would have been nice to get coolers and luguage also mky 80 year old mom.I would also like to see the lights down the stairs working. over all nice house as we do this every year and possibly looking at next year. We do our family trip every year and in all the places we have never had to pay extra for sheets and the basic kitchen and bat needs(tp paper towles soap ect). Kitchen could use some better pans knives ect.

Our favorite for the $$$$
We love the location of the GYpsy SOl. The nice front covered deck looks out on the waves. The second story deck is also lovely. The cabin needs some better pots and pans, and a little
maintenance but is such a good experience overall for the money spent. The beach is just a few steps away.

Vacation in Bolivar,
Loved the House perfect View of the ocean. House was very clean, and we Loved the layout of all the rooms. Very spacious perfect for 14 People. Neighborhood was very calm.

Great Father's Day Weekend at Gypsy Sol
The Door needs fixing very hard to push open. The handle broke off and had issues getting the TVs working but maintenance was there in a very short time and took care of the issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Excellent Location
My group of 12 thought this house worked perfectly. While the home is a little on the older side, and shows in some areas, the location was unbeatable and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property Management was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Girls Weekend Trip
Nine girlfriends stayed the weekend. The view as amazing@ Plenty of room for all of us. Home was clean, well stocked with dishes/cookware. Only had one issue upon arrival and maintenance responded immediately. Check in and check out was easy and the ladies at Swede's are friendly and helpful for suggestions on what to do on the island. Will definitely use them again.

BEST VIEW EVER!
This was our 3rd time staying at Gypsy Sol. This place has plenty of room for the visiting family. Feels like home. Very Clean, well maintained, they beach is always so clean also. Everything is close.

Gypsy Sol, great for the soul...
Swedes staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. This beach house is in a great location, with a beautiful beach view, only steps from the beach access road. Very roomy, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, This was our Thanksgiving get away, and the spacious, wide open family room/dining room kitchen area was perfect. Only took a few minutes to get to the Big Store and savor some great seafood at Stingaree. Thank you, Gypsy Sol, for a much needed, relaxed holiday with family.

GYPSY SOL Great Location
This is our second stay here. We love the location and the space of the cabin. While big and roomy, it is an older cabin, outside maintenance isn't top notch(i had to clean windows to see outside and deck furniture before sitting on it)The inside is good, except for the same thing I complained about before, grass burs are thick in carpet in bedrooms so you cant go barefooted in there. And bring silverware! There are plenty of utensils to cook with but 1 spoon and 2 forks. lol.
But we will definitely stay again..

Great House
The location of the house is the best so far. Rooms are very spacious. I really love how you can see the beach throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom with private balcony is just one of the best part of the house. Overall the house was great! I only have one tiny issue. When we got there, the floor was kinda dirty and the countertops . Please upgrade your cleaning tools: like the vaccume and broom. It was really hard for us to clean the house because the vaccum is very hard to work with. Other than that definitely will be back!

Really Nice!
We loved the house! It did have some broken things, but that didn't stop us from enjoying. Overall it was really clean and the view! Oh goodness! We didn't want to leave.
