The Blue Seagull is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom centrally located cabin that is just perfect for small families. You are just a quick walk or ride to the beach, (via the convenient access road) so you can enjoy the Gulf breezes and fun in the sun in mere minutes!
You'll love the furnished deck when you have your morning coffee (both Keurig and regular coffee pot available), or your favorite sunset beverage. Inside, the living area has a plush sectional for comfy seating, as well as an electric fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked, and offers a large island with seating. For your convenience, you will also find a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.
With 1100 square feet, Blue Seagull sleeps 7 comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin, with an ensuite bath and television. Bedroom two has a queen bed and two twins with a television.
Downstairs offers room for entertaining, with a charcoal grill and picnic table. You'll also have access to the outdoor sand shower and a beach box with extra beach supplies for your use!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and neat. We opted to bring our own linens, but no one told us we needed to provide our own garbage bags.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Seagull! It is such a cute place and had absolutely everything a family would need! Start your morning with a nice cup of coffee sitting on the deck and then a small walk (or ride) to the beach. Everyone around were very friendly. Lists of fun things for the family to to do around town! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding!
We had a fabulous trip and stay at the Blue Seagull! The home was so charming and had everything we needed. Short trip down the neighborhood block to immediate beach access. It was super kid friendly, very spacious and adorable! The hosts did a great job helping us getting access and making sure we knew how to enjoy the area best! We cannot wait to visit again!
