The well-stocked kitchen has all the basics for preparing and serving your favorite foods and beverages, including a regular drip coffee pot. With more than 1300 square feet, Beachside Birdhouse comfortably sleeps 10. There is a primary suite with a king bed, television, and ensuite bath. A second bedroom also features a king bed, and the bunk room is great for kids - with 2 twin over full bunks and their own TV!

Downstairs is a great shaded entertainment area, with spacious seating and a fenced yard. Barbecue on the charcoal grill, after rinsing off a day in the sun and sand with the outdoor shower.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
