Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, Aria is THE beachfront home for your vacation. If you’re looking for a house with lots of space, you’ve found it! This 1700 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 16 people comfortably. You will fall in love with the view. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while you drink your morning coffee on the gated deck. There is ample large deck furniture to easily relax and enjoy panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen space has contemporary beachy decor, and laminate flooring throughout. Aria has a large, modern kitchen featuring a subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, granite bar, ample cabinet space and a pantry with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a regular drip coffee maker. There is kitchen and dining seating for 13. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also at the premises.
The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features 2 full size beds. In the fourth bedroom you will find 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (full-over-full). Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and the home offers high speed internet for your devices.
Downstairs, there is an amazing bar area that has a full sink, counter and charcoal BBQ grill. This is the perfect place to have a gathering of family and friends!
Beach chairs and toys are available for guest use. This house has all you need to make everyone in the family happy. Make ARIA your choice for your next visit to Crystal Beach!
Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

We went for a Sweet 16. Relatives flew in to celebrate. Wish the weather would’ve been better but that not control-able. It was still an amazing get away.
We ran out of toilet paper the last night we were there and couldn’t find any. No biggie. I generally bring my own supply but forgot this time while packing. Still a 5-Star stay.

Exactly as described.
Did not run into any issues during our stay. House was very nice and right on the water. Will consider renting again in the future. Any time I had questions the staff answered quickly and were very helpful. House was in a great centralized location as well, just a few minutes drive got you anywhere you needed to be.

Absolute dream vacation - coming back next year!
Property photos do NOT do this house justice!! Absolutely stunning home with tons of amenities. So easy to get to the beach and to get to needed places on the peninsula. We definitely plan on booking this house again! Really close to the Margaritaville resort, the big store, and Stingaree’s! Was a hop, skip, and jump to the Nauti Beaver Hut! So much about this home was perfect! Well-maintained, thoughtful design, and experience enhancing features!! 10/10 would recommend!

Great views with beautiful sunrise
Very nice, clean property. Directly on beach. Balcony is much larger than it appears in pictures. We had ages 10 to 66 and all accommodations were good. FYI- the bunk room each bed can hold 2 adults comfortably.

Location, Location, Location
This property is in a fabulous location, which provides for direct beach access. The proximity to the main road for beach access allows for easy parking and unloading. The maintenance and cleanliness are not as great as they should be.

The house was in a perfect location. It was beautiful and clean. Could live there. The only complaint was people parking there so they didn't have to pay to park on the beach and the water pressure downstairs in the outside shower was very low and could not be used
