This 1700 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 16 people comfortably. You will fall in love with the view. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while you drink your morning coffee on the gated deck. There is ample large deck furniture to easily relax and enjoy panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The open concept living/dining/kitchen space has contemporary beachy decor, and laminate flooring throughout. Aria has a large, modern kitchen featuring a subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, granite bar, ample cabinet space and a pantry with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a regular drip coffee maker. There is kitchen and dining seating for 13. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also at the premises.

The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features 2 full size beds. In the fourth bedroom you will find 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (full-over-full). Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and the home offers high speed internet for your devices.

Downstairs, there is an amazing bar area that has a full sink, counter and charcoal BBQ grill. This is the perfect place to have a gathering of family and friends!
