Jubilee by the Sea is a 4 bed, 3 bath home, located in the quiet Emerald I subdivision. Outside, on the deck, there is plenty of deck furniture: 4 high chairs, 2 chaise lounges and 2 rockers with a beautiful beach view! What a great place to enjoy every morning cup of coffee or your favorite evening beverage.
There is WIFI for your use along with Smart TVs, throughout the house, so you can log into your accounts and watch all your favorite shows. There is a fully stocked kitchen including both a Keurig and standard drip coffee pot. Master bedroom and second bedroom each have a king bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room that has 6 XL twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and an XL twin bed. There is an additional XL twin under the stairs.
Washer/ dryer on the premises.
Downstairs, there is a bar area with a picnic table, outdoor sand shower and charcoal grill to enjoy in the shade! When the beach is calling, you are just a quick walk or golf cart ride away.

New Year of Jubilee
We enjoyed a family getaway for New Year's. Although it was foggy we still watched the fireworks and enjoyed walks on the beach. The property was very clean and well-kept.

Incredible House!
Our recent stay at Jubilee By The Sea was nothing short of spectacular. The house has incredible views of the ocean. Beach access is literally just steps away. The house is brand new and has tasteful beach decor throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. Having 2 full sized refrigerators proved very useful. The large flat screened smart tv had all the entertainment options that we're accustomed to. It was great sitting on the large sectional sofa watching the football games. The beds were amazing as well! So comfortable!! Jubilee By The Sea is the best house we've ever stayed at and can't wait to return!!!!!
