All beach houses are completely furnished, including kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and dining equipment. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT FURNISHED. The summer season is May 15 to Labor Day. We rent to families only!

The fees for Linens Depends on the Number the House Sleeps. Included are sheets and towels adequate for the number of guests the house sleeps.
- Linens for 8 - 10 = $100
- Linens for 12 -14 = $125
- Linens for 15 -18 = $150
- Linens for 20 - 25 = $175
- Linens for 25 - 30 = $200
