Me and my best friend rented palmarosa from swedes we were very discouraged and very disappointed when we arrived, there were many problems, bad problems. Swedes jumped right in and got us into 3 dolphins we were very pleased with this awesome house, the view was one of I can't explain you'll have to see it for yourself.Windows everywhere you can see the ocean from almost anywhere in the house. Both bedrooms have full windows with sliding glass doors to the deck. We ended up with 7 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 small kids. This house is not quite finished but there were no problems except one of the bathroom shower doors was not installed right and not really a problem and I am sure will be fixed quickly. This is an awesome house with an awesome view, open concept for the living room, dinning room, kitchen, and T V room. Can't wait to see if they finish it out like I think they will. We'll see because we will be renting this one again. Oh and you guys will love this, not only will the lack of traffic be great but you can drive your golf carts on the side of the road and this house is only two blocks from rollover pass, great for speckled trout and red fish. had a great time thanks swedes

I want to say this is a great place to stay. It is nice and roomy. It has a great view. I would definitely stay here again. It is well worth the price.

How far ahead of time can you rent this house out, I want it for the first week of July 2009 from the third to the ninth of July to be exact.
