We just stayed right next door, and while we loved our house we are checking out our options for next spring break. Do you have any idea waht your winter and summer rates will be next year '09? Thanks

Looks really beautiful with large living areas. I think if it had at least 3-4 private bedrooms and slept at least 12-14 would be worth it...but for only 2 bedrooms and the number is sleeps seems pretty high???
