Kinda sucks. I have rented from Swedes for 20 years and have been happy with most places. The AC at full blast keeps the place at about 90 degrees.

The 1 1/2 bath is a joke. There is one bathroom in the house with a tub and shower. Downstairs outside the house is a room with a door off the hinges. It has a toilet full of June bugs. It has a nasty shower with no walls around it. It looks like homeless people have been using it because the light was on and the shower was dripping when we got there.
We will never rent this one again.

This was a last minute rental! The location was great if you want to see the beach and the sunrise. The house is in desperate need of updating.( kinda reminds me of a frat house) It was clean,but bring all of your own things for the kitchen. The dryer never worked and the bedding and sofas were reallly gross. ( the full size temperpedic bed was great) and 2 of the kitchen chairs were broken. $500 and a garage sale would do wonders.
This little house was fine for last minute, but next year we will rent a different one for sure.

Above guests were too kind. Staying in a tent might have been nicer. Stove broke, dryer didnt heat, A/C didn't cool (sent 3 service men No Help), carpet dirty, worn. Bedding same! Kitchen sink leaked, cabinets in disrepair. I don't think the downstairs room with broken toilet/sink/shower NONE useable door hanging by one rusty hinge could be considered a bath or 1/2 bath. Nice deck thank god ;that's where we sat and ate. Otherwise we would have bought a tent! We've rented from Swede's before but nothing like this!
