We stayed in this house last spring and I can honestly say it's a GREAT place for the money!! The covered porch and view (right on the beach)is truly AWESOME!!!! We will definately be back!

We have stayed at several beachfront cabins and this was the worst! The stairs are extremely steep and dangerous for children and elderly. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here the week of July 7 and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very comfortable. We really liked that it has wood floors and no carpet and the kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets. The view from the deck is amazing - we spent most of our time out there when we weren't on the beach. The only thing they need to work on is the yard. The stickers are so bad the kids couldn't walk out there at all so it is really a wasted area.

We'll be staying here in a couple of weeks. We've never been to this area before and just noticed (after booking) that there is not a "slab." what does that mean? Does that mean we can't park near the cabin? Any other little details that first-timers might need to know would be appreciated! Thanks!

My family and I shared this house with another family July13-20th. We had a very good time, but the stairs to the upper level are very steep. We were a little disappointed about the cleanliness and it could use some updating. We did however enjoy the deck it is a little piece of heaven. You can watch over your older children and never leave the deck. It does not have a slab under it but you can park right next to the stairs going up to the deck and there is a motion sensor light that lights up the stairs outside at night. All in all we had a fabulous time and i think you have to expect every house to have some draw backs and know that if these houses were perfect the owners would never let anyone rent them for fear of wear and tear. :-)

I stayed here with my family in May, 2008. The yard needed to be cut and there was trash under the stairwell (from recent remodeling). At first impression, these factors made the house look trashy. However, the house itself was clean with lots of good features (i.e., the 2 baths, the kitchen), very spacious for such a small place. However, the dryer needed the belt replaced because it would start squeaking and stop drying the clothes. The upstairs bedroom had a window unit and had a power surge problem on Saturday nite. Overall, I would recommend this house, it just needs to be maintained and upgraded in a few areas. The deck was AWESOME and the house location (by the access road) was very convenient.
