I orginally rented this one last year.... Due to 2 bedrooms, price, and w/d. The problem was that the 2nd bedroom was downstairs and it was flooded. The air conditioner in that room did not work. Also, the washer and dryer was so rusted and looked like it hadn't been used in years. I had to change houses due to the flooded bedroom. Although keep in mind, we had alot of rain that year also....
