I've stayed in alot of beach houses and this one is a great one, except the downstairs bedroom has NO heat and if you come when the weather is cool, you want to bring an electric heater; helpful information before you rent this house.

We stayed over the weekend of June 13th..We were very disappointed in this place..it was dirty, blinds broken, carpet stained, refrigerator didn't cool, toilet seats broken, stove burners broken..can I go on?? The best thing about this place was the swing on the porch and the view of the Gulf..NOT worth the money!! If you rent this place, take your own grill..all of the ones they have are broken..also:nothing to sit on but the swing..so take your own loungers or chairs..
