All the beach houses listed on the attached sheets are individually owned, made available to you for rental through Swede's Beach Properties. All beach houses are completely furnished, including kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and dining equipment. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT FURNISHED. The summer season is May 15 to Labor Day. We rent to families only!

Optional Linen Service 

The fees for Linens Depends on the Number the House Sleeps. Included are sheets and towels adequate for the number of guests the house sleeps.
  • Linens for  2 - 5  = $35
  • Linens for  6 - 8  = $50
  • Linens for  9 -11 = $65
  • Linens for 12-15 = $85
  • Linens for 16     = $90
 Optional Maid Service
  • Sleeps   6 -  8 = $53
  • Sleeps   9 -11 = $69
  • Sleeps 12 -15 = $90
  • Sleeps 16      = $106.25
  • With the fee, renter is expected to:
    • take out trash
    • strip linens from beds�
    • no dirty dishes
  • For another $25 maid will perform above services.
